After disabling or destroying the Infinity, Atriox heads to the Silent Auditorium, where he talks with Cortana and she eventually decides to destroy the Silent Auditorium and move Installation 07 to another part of space. The Weapon is deployed during the attack, trapping Cortana in the Silent Auditorium. Not long after arriving, the Banished attack. The Infinity arrives, preparing a trap for Cortana (the Weapon). Prior to the game's start, Cortana was already operating on Installation 07.
