click on View > Debugging > Toggle LLE Service Modules in the menu.
Manually overriding firmware modules is not recommended. You can still override automatic module loading and choose which firmware modules you want to use manually. You'll be able to run most of the games currently listed in the playable section without LLE. By default, firmware modules are loaded automatically based on the PlayStation 3 title that is loaded. Most bigger (mostly those that aren't 2D) will require LLE of certain modules at this point of time. You also need to obtain them through a CFW PS3.

So, It means that we can run game without LLE modules. RPCS3 gives a lot of errors, the game doesn't load to main menu, infinite loading. RPCS3 Many already know about this PS3 emulator. The behavior is improved, but still unreliable. Since that build, I've tried installing the firmware in multiple versions and occasionally RPCS3 will crash in the same way on the first attempt, but succeed on the second attempt by simply re-launching the emulator and overwriting the firmware.
In issue #12621 I reported RPCS3 would reliably crash to desktop after installing the firmware and clicking through the "firmware and LLE modules installed" message, before compiling the modules.
